Patricia Maureen Anderson

Patricia Maureen Anderson, 68, of Plano, IL passed away on January 17, 2022. Patricia was born on June 29, 1953 in Sandwich, IL to James and Retha (Wakefield) Jiles. Patricia was a Bailiff at the Kendall County Court System and Treasurer for the Village of Big Rock. She enjoyed motorcycle riding and line dancing, which is how she met her husband, Richard. She was a cowboy action shooter. She was an active member in the Junior Women's Club and was active security for Calgary Church. She also served as an auxiliary deputy for 15 years for the Kendall County Sheriff's Department and was a member of the Kendall County EMA. She loved traveling, from Alaska to Central America, and loved her 3 German Shepherds.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Richard Anderson; 2 children, Craig (Monica) Coffin of Arizona and Melanie (William) Jacob of Arizona; 6 grandchildren, Austin Coffin, Desiree Coffin, Alyssa Coffin, Carter Coffin, Elora Jacob and Ilyana Jacob; 2 brothers, James (Arlinda) Jiles of Plano, IL and Jerry Jiles of Montgomery, IL; as well as 6 stepchildren that adored her.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 23, 2022 from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Beverage Family Funeral Home, 104 Terry St. Sandwich, IL 60548. Funeral service will be held next day, Monday, January 24, 2022 at 9:00 A.M. at the funeral home with burial to follow out to Little Rock Township Cemetery in Plano, IL. Kendall County Sheriff's Office Mourns Passing of Longtime
Auxiliary Deputy

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office mourns the recent passing of longtime Auxiliary Deputy Patricia Anderson. Patricia joined the Kendall County Sheriff's Office as an Auxiliary Deputy in October of 2007 and served the citizens of Kendall County along with her husband Richard Anderson. Patricia was also a Bailiff at the Kendall County Courthouse and enjoyed motorcycle riding and line dancing. Patricia and Richard have been very active in Sheriff's Office activities throughout Kendall County over their many years of service.

In honor of Patricia, deputies have been authorized to wear mourning bands in her honor. The Kendall County Sheriff's Office extends our deepest condolences to the Anderson family, friends, and her extended law enforcement family. Rest easy Patricia.
